1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tk00 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the tk00 platform at tk00.io, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the tk00 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the tk00 Privacy Policy and any additional rules or promotional terms published on the platform from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms, these Terms shall take precedence unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account with tk00, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. tk00 operates a strict 21+ policy. Minors are expressly prohibited from using this platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as a representative, agent, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee of tk00, nor an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You have not previously been excluded from tk00 under the platform's self-exclusion programme or had your account closed for cause.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list applicable to online gambling in your jurisdiction.

tk00 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, or residency at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the support team may result in account suspension or closure and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold one single account on tk00. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. tk00 employs technical and manual procedures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and funds may be forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details — including your username, password, and contact information — up to date. tk00 cannot be held responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account details provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity that occurs through your account using your credentials will be deemed to have been conducted by you and you accept full responsibility for such activity.

In the event that you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tk00 support immediately at [email protected]. tk00 will investigate the matter but cannot be held liable for losses incurred prior to notification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the tk00 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tk00 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank.

The following transaction limits apply as standard, though tk00 reserves the right to apply different limits to individual accounts at its sole discretion:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Subject to the Player's account tier and verification status. VIP account holders may benefit from enhanced withdrawal limits.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 24–72 hours of the request being submitted. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the Player's verification status.

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. tk00 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.

tk00 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, which may include requesting proof of the source of funds. Withdrawal requests may be delayed where such diligence is ongoing. Players are expected to cooperate fully with any verification requests in order to facilitate timely processing.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

tk00 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotion on the tk00 platform.

The following general bonus conditions apply unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified account holders who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements, rollover multipliers, minimum odds, and eligible games will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all associated wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless the promotion terms explicitly permit otherwise.
• tk00 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus and are actively working through its wagering requirements will not be affected by such cancellation mid-cycle.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or systematic exploitation of offer structures, will be voided and the associated account may be suspended.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, casino, and other gaming activities on tk00 are governed by product-specific rules published within each relevant section of the platform. Players are advised to familiarise themselves with these rules before placing bets or engaging in any game.

The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. tk00 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a confirmed bet under normal circumstances.
• In the event of a technical error, system fault, or human error that results in a bet being settled incorrectly, tk00 reserves the right to void and re-settle the affected bet at the correct odds or outcome. Players will be notified of any such void or re-settlement.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per event, market, and game type. These are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• tk00 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or combination of bets at its discretion. Unusual or excessively large winnings resulting from pricing errors are not guaranteed.
• Live betting markets (in-play) are subject to suspension at any time. Bets placed during a period of market suspension may be voided at tk00's discretion.
• All casino games on the platform use certified random number generators. Game outcomes are not influenced by bet size, prior results, or any external factor.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tk00 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances and pending withdrawals, and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Creating or operating more than one account, whether using your own identity or the identity of another person.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or at any other stage of using the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players or external parties.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions made on the platform through your payment provider.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tk00 staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content published on the tk00 platform — including but not limited to the tk00 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of tk00 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any tk00 content without prior written consent from tk00.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk00 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the tk00 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

tk00 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond tk00's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet service failures, power outages, and force majeure events) may result in temporary service unavailability. tk00 will use reasonable endeavours to restore service as quickly as practicable in such circumstances.

The tk00 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that tk00 has no obligation to guarantee any specific outcome or return on funds deposited or wagered.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

tk00 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

tk00 may share your personal data with third-party payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services where strictly necessary for the operation of the platform and fulfilment of its legal obligations. tk00 does not sell player data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Amendments to Terms

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the tk00 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
